This policy explains how MLive Properties uses information when you browse properties, create an account or contact our team.
Information you share
When you create an account, send an enquiry or request a site visit, we receive the details you submit. This may include your name, email address, phone number, message, property interests and preferred visit arrangements.
Your account may also store your favourites, saved searches and profile details. Public property browsing does not require registration.
How we use information
We use submitted information to operate your account, respond to property enquiries, arrange site visits and support your property search. Authorised team members may access relevant enquiries and customer records to provide this service.
Service providers
The configured platform uses Supabase for authentication, database and file storage. Public interactive maps, when configured, use Google Maps. Optional map tools used by our administrators use Mapbox. Loading an interactive map connects your browser to the relevant map provider. Those providers process the information necessary to deliver their services. Visiting an external WhatsApp link or another third party site is subject to that service’s privacy terms.
Cookies and account security
Authentication uses cookies to maintain your signed in session. Account access is controlled through authentication and database permissions. Do not share your password, and sign out on shared devices.
Property activity
The platform can record property views to help the team understand listing interest. Account and admin actions may be recorded in activity and audit logs for service operation and security.
Your choices
You can update your profile, remove favourites and delete saved searches from your account. To request access, correction or deletion of other information, contact our team. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal purposes.

Contact MLive Properties through the contact page with any privacy questions. This policy should be reviewed when the platform’s data processing or service providers change.
